Who is Mark H Robinson?
Mark H Robinson is a witty, charming and devilishly handsome entrepreneur [sic] who has been successfully transforming business performance (from inside and out) since the late 1980s. British by birth and American by adoption, Mark has worked in more than 20 countries, founded and sold several businesses, and spent far too much time on planes and in hotel rooms. Until recently, he was Chief Operating Officer at EquaTerra, a global leader in business process advisory services, which KPMG acquired in February. After a very long month when the only reason to get up at 5:00 am was to go to the gym rather than to catch a plane, Mark has returned to the hectic life of a peripatetic executive, and now has a day job as the CEO at Cardon Healthcare (who quite naturally disclaim all responsibility for the ramblings in this blog!).
Driven by his inability to sleep the way most people do (at night and for several hours at a time), Mark is constantly searching for value from the hours when he can use a keyboard but not a phone, and unfortunately for the world, the content of these pages is the best he could come up with. Knowing in advance that some readers will be moved as strongly to respond as he was to write, Mark wants you to know that he welcomes all comments that are civil in nature and coherent in content (although, naturally, a more stringent standard in such regard will be applied to those responses that take an opposing viewpoint!).
Mark,
I had intended to comment on your post on gov’t and privatization, but forget about it! I just love your description – the devilishly handsome entrepreneur and consultant . . . . with the inability to sleep the way most people do. While the description did crack me up, I do recognize the stroke of genius. Nice site! I will be checking it out regularly.
Regards,
Tara
